After 15 years of photographing dogs, I’ve realised one thing. Dogs connect us to humanity by showing us how to love; their gift of pure acceptance and unconditional love shows us how to heal.

The images in HEALER are intimate portraits of dogs that allow people to stop, breathe, and open their hearts. Viewers are guided to connect with the dog’s eyes, breathe slowly, and listen for any messages the dog may be sharing with them. These photographs allow the viewer to experience each dog’s unique essence. They are creating a pathway for people to quiet their minds and calm their nervous systems while sitting with each dog’s unique, healing energy.

Many people seek to find moments of peace and wellness in these uncertain times. I hope to offer such an experience through this work.
