We are committed to the safety and well-being of our workers, volunteers, photographers and the public who visit our exhibitions and events.
For everyone’s health and safety, COVID-19 vaccinations (age 16+) and masks (age 12+) are legal requirements for all visitors attending and viewing exhibitions at indoor locations and our events.
To attend our events or view exhibitions at our indoor locations, you must:

Check-in using Service NSW QR code; and

Show proof that you have received TWO doses of a COVID-19 vaccine OR that you hold a certified medical exemption

If you are unable to check-in using a mobile device, our team will assist you with check-in
Stay home if unwell
If you have felt unwell in the past 14 days, please stay home.
Check-in
Use your phone to scan the QR code at the entrance of our indoor venues and event locations. This is required for contact tracing. Everyone over the age of 16 is required to check-in separately. You must show a staff member that you’re signed in.
Vaccination certificate
Upon arrival at our indoor venues and events, please have your proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical exemption ready to show a staff member. In line with the NSW Public Health Orders, anyone aged 16+ must be fully vaccinated to enter our indoor locations. Valid exemptions apply.
Wear a mask
Masks (ages 12+) are legal requirements for all visitors attending and viewing our events and exhibitions at indoor locations. Valid exemptions apply.
Visting our outdoor locations
Please maintain social distancing and avoid gathering when viewing exhibitions.

- Ways to check-in
- Checking in is required to attend our events and view exhibitions at indoor locations. When you arrive, use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code displayed at the entrance of the building/event location. Show your screen to our staff as you enter, along with proof of your vaccination status or medical exemption. If you do not have access to a smartphone, our staff will make a record of your contact details. You will need to show printed proof of your vaccination status or medical exception.

Printed version of the COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement

Successful completion of Service NSW QR check-in that includes vaccination confirmation
