Beyond the Bolex is a fascinating biopic that explores the story of the inventor of the iconic Bolex camera, Jacques Bolsey. A Russian refugee living in Switzerland during WWI, Bolsey developed the iconic Bolex as a way to democratise image-making.
In collaboration with the Jewish International Film Festival, Head On Photo Festival Creative Director Moshe Rosenzveig OAM, hosted an exciting Q&A session with Jacques Bolsey’s great-granddaughter, director Alyssa Bolsey.
